Alternatives

7 best Tracker (TrackerRMS) alternatives for staffing agencies in 2026

The seven Tracker alternatives, in one line each

  • Kepler — the AI-first CRM: ask AI Chat and it finds, ranks and updates, at one published price.
  • Bullhorn — a large staffing platform with add-on modules and a partner marketplace.
  • Vincere — a modular recruitment platform from The Access Group, UK and APAC.
  • Crelate — a US recruiting platform sold in named parts across four tiers.
  • Recruit CRM — an ATS and CRM with three published tiers.
  • JobAdder — an ATS and CRM built around job-board posting, APAC and UK.
  • Recruiterflow — an ATS and CRM built around multichannel outbound sequences.

Why do agencies look for a Tracker alternative?

The reasons are on Tracker’s own pages. Four come up most.

  • The working plan is a quote. The REST API, multi-channel sequences, AutoAction and Watchdogs are only on Professional, priced “Contact Sales — Custom pricing” (13 Sep 2026).
  • The published plans are narrow. Launch at USD 79 per user per month is capped at five recruiters. Core at USD 99 adds the AI Content Suite and client portal but has no sequences, automation or API.
  • No AI chat or notetaker yet. Tracker does not have a chat assistant across your records yet, and it does not have its own meeting notetaker.
  • A six-month minimum. Both published plans are billed monthly with a six-month minimum, and job boards are bought separately.

How we evaluated these alternatives

Every claim about another vendor comes from that vendor’s own public pages, read on the dates in the sources. Every price is the plan that carries the AI, and where a vendor does not publish a price, this post says so. Kepler publishes this page and is one of the seven.

1. Kepler

How it works

Kepler is an AI-first recruitment CRM. You ask AI Chat a question in plain English, and it searches CVs, notes, email threads and call transcripts, then returns the people as a list you can save. It creates and updates records once you approve.

Kepler scores every candidate from 0 to 100 against the job. The score is based on criteria taken from the job description, which you can edit, and each criterion shows the line from the CV, call or email behind it.

Emails, calls and messages become proposed updates you approve or reject. Every field keeps its history with an undo.

What it does

  • Pipelines, jobs, tasks, and Gmail and Outlook sync with AI email drafting.
  • A meeting notetaker for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, and one inbox for email and WhatsApp.
  • LinkedIn search that shows whether a person is already in your database and what has changed since you last spoke, and adds them if not.
  • CV parsing and formatting, and contact enrichment.
  • Campaigns, automations, reporting, a client portal and a consent ledger.
  • A careers site on your own domain, and a public REST API with webhooks.

Single sign-on is available on the Enterprise plan. For contract placements, Kepler records each placement’s fee, invoice status and payment status and connects to a pay-and-bill system through its API. Tracker keeps timesheets and invoicing inside its own system.

Pricing

USD 99 per user per month billed annually (USD 1,188 per seat per year), or USD 129 monthly. Every feature is included, with unlimited records and storage. AI Chat is included on every plan, monthly and annual, with no add-on or upgrade needed.

Migration is done for you, free on every plan. You review fifty of your own records before the full load, and it lands in days. You can export the whole workspace at any time, with no exit fee.

See Kepler’s pricing and the feature pages.

2. Bullhorn

Bullhorn is a staffing and recruitment platform: an ATS and CRM sold in editions, with add-on modules including Bullhorn One, Amplify for AI, and a Marketplace of pre-integrated partners.

Pricing. Bullhorn’s AI search and match, Amplify Chat and AI call transcription are only on Bullhorn Pro, which is priced on request, as are Max, Front Office, Bullhorn One and the add-ons (13 Sep 2026). Starter at USD 99 and Core at USD 165 per user per month are published without Pro’s AI. Prices exclude VAT.

Both are UK “from” prices billed monthly, with a tailored quote (13 Sep 2026). The enrichment agent, chatbots and CRM automation are only in the Automate pack, from GBP 235 per agency per month.

Pricing. Crelate’s Advanced AI Assistant, sequences and full API are only on Business Plus, listed as “Custom”, paid annually (13 Sep 2026). Business is USD 119 per user per month billed annually or USD 149 monthly, and Essentials is USD 85 for up to two users. Texting, email campaigns, eSignature and enrichment carry an additional fee on every tier, and migration is a separate package.

5. Recruit CRM

7. Recruiterflow

Recruiterflow is an ATS and CRM for search and recruitment firms, built around multichannel sequences and AIRA, a suite of AI agents. Its sequences send email, calls, SMS and professional-networking messages with branching logic.

Pricing. AIRA Notetaker, AIRA Matchmaker and the Field Updates Agent are only on the AIRA Plan, priced “Let’s chat custom pricing” (13 Sep 2026). The Platform Plan is USD 119 per user per month billed annually or USD 149 monthly, without the AIRA agents. White-glove migration is paid by data volume and takes 6–8 weeks.

Which Tracker alternative should you choose?

Start from the questions that separate these seven, and check each vendor’s own pages for the answers.

  • Do you want to ask, or to search? In Kepler you ask AI Chat and it finds, ranks and updates for you. Ask each vendor whether its AI reads notes, email threads and call transcripts, and whether it can act on the answer.
  • Is the price of the plan you need published? Kepler and Recruit CRM publish an annual price for the plan carrying their AI, and Vincere publishes UK “from” prices. Bullhorn Pro, Crelate Business Plus, JobAdder Recruiter Essential, Recruiterflow’s AIRA Plan and Tracker Professional are priced on request.
  • Is the AI in the plan or sold beside it? Check whether chat, matching and automation sit in the plan you are quoted or in a pack, add-on or higher tier.
  • Who does the migration, and what does it cost? Ask whether it is self-serve, a paid package, or included.

Where Kepler fits. Kepler is built for agencies whose database is their main asset and who would rather ask than build searches. It is one plan at USD 99 per user per month billed annually, with AI Chat, campaigns, automations, the API and contact enrichment included and a free done-for-you migration.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kepler a good Tracker (TrackerRMS) alternative?

Yes, if you want a simple, modern CRM with the AI included. In Kepler you ask AI Chat in plain English and it finds candidates across CVs, notes, emails and call transcripts, ranks them for a job and updates records after you approve. It is one plan at USD 99 per user per month billed annually, with the campaigns, automations and REST API that Tracker keeps on its quote-only Professional plan, and a free migration. If you want an all-in-one staffing system sold in four plans, Tracker is built for that.

How much does Tracker (TrackerRMS) cost?

Kepler, for comparison, is USD 99 per user per month billed annually with every feature included. The Tracker plan to compare is Professional, the first with the Sequencer, AutoAction, Watchdogs and the REST API, and as of 13 Sep 2026 it is priced “Contact Sales”. Core is USD 99 and Launch USD 79 per user per month, billed monthly with a six-month minimum. Launch is capped at five recruiters.

Which Tracker alternatives publish their pricing?

Kepler publishes one price, USD 99 per user per month billed annually, with every feature included. Recruit CRM publishes Business at USD 135 annual. Vincere publishes UK “from” prices: GBP 69 per user plus a GBP 25 per-agency Base Smart Pack. Bullhorn, Crelate and Recruiterflow publish their lower plans but price the plan with their AI on request. JobAdder publishes no prices. All checked 13 Sep 2026.

Does Kepler have AI Chat like TrackerAI?

Yes. Kepler’s AI Chat sits in a sidebar on every page. It searches CVs, notes and conversations together, returns results as a list you can save, lets you @-mention records, and asks for approval before it changes anything. Tracker does not have a chat assistant across your records yet. TrackerAI writes job descriptions, summaries, screening questions and outreach, and ranks résumés against a job.

Can you migrate from Tracker to Kepler?

Yes, free on every Kepler plan. You send an export from Tracker plus any loose CVs and spreadsheets. Kepler maps and cleans the data and rebuilds your custom fields as real fields. You review fifty of your own records before the full load, activity and history come across, and the migration lands in days.

Is Tracker the same as TrackerRMS?

Yes. The vendor trades as Tracker, its site is tracker-rms.com, and the site footer still reads TrackerRMS. This post uses both names because both are still searched.
