Alternatives

7 best Carerix alternatives for recruitment agencies in 2026

The seven Carerix alternatives, in one line each

  • Kepler — the AI-first CRM: ask AI Chat and it finds, ranks and updates, at one published price.
  • Spott — an EU-weighted ATS and CRM with many separate AI features.
  • Vincere — a modular recruitment platform from The Access Group, UK and APAC.
  • Bullhorn — a large staffing platform with add-on modules and a partner marketplace.
  • Tracker — an all-in-one system for staffing firms, UK and US.
  • Recruit CRM — an ATS and CRM with three published tiers.
  • Recruiterflow — an ATS and CRM built around multichannel outbound sequences.

Why do agencies look for a Carerix alternative?

The reasons are on Carerix’s own editions and pricing pages. Four come up most.

  • No edition has a published price. Carerix’s demo page describes a fixed amount per user per month, depending on edition, users and integrations, with a price after the demo (13 Sep 2026).
  • Features move up the editions. Automated CV Parsing starts at Premium. The automated matching assistant and the portals are only in Enterprise. Each edition has a task allowance of 1,000 to 50,000 “taken”, with no published definition of a task.
  • The AI is fenced. Carerix’s Private AI is scoped to candidate, vacancy and matching support, and general questions return an error. It does not answer questions across your whole database.
  • API access is a paid bundle. The API and webhooks are only in the Carerix Datasource bundle, requested through a Customer Success Manager.

How we evaluated these alternatives

Every claim about another vendor comes from that vendor’s own public pages, read on the dates in the sources. Every price is the plan that carries the AI, and where a vendor does not publish a price, this post says so. Kepler publishes this page and is one of the seven.

1. Kepler

How it works

Kepler is an AI-first recruitment CRM. You ask AI Chat a question in plain English, about anything in the workspace, and it searches CVs, notes, email threads and call transcripts, then returns the people as a list you can act on. It creates and updates records once you approve.

Kepler scores every candidate from 0 to 100 against the job. The score is based on criteria taken from the job description, which you can edit, and each criterion shows the line from the CV, call or email behind it. Emails, calls and messages become updates you approve, and every field keeps its history with an undo.

What it does

  • A meeting notetaker for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, and one inbox for email and WhatsApp.
  • LinkedIn search that shows whether a person is already in your database and what has changed since you last spoke, and adds them if not.
  • CV parsing and formatting, and contact enrichment.
  • A consent ledger that records why you may contact each person and until when, flags consent before it runs out and keeps campaigns in line with it.
  • Campaigns, automations, reporting, a client portal and a careers site on your own domain.
  • A public REST API with webhooks.

Single sign-on is available on the Enterprise plan. For contract placements, Kepler records each placement’s fee, invoice status and payment status and connects to a back-office or payroll system through its API. Carerix’s secondment edition handles contracts, hours and invoicing in its own system.

Pricing

USD 99 per user per month billed annually (USD 1,188 per seat per year), or USD 129 monthly. Every feature is included, with unlimited records and storage. AI Chat is included on every plan, monthly and annual, with no add-on or upgrade needed.

Migration is done for you, free on every plan. You review fifty of your own records before the full load, and it lands in days. You can export the whole workspace at any time, with no exit fee.

See Kepler’s pricing and the feature pages.

2. Spott

Spott describes itself as an AI-native ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies, EU-weighted and EU-hosted. Its AI comes as many separate features, such as CV comparison, enrichment, matching, text-to-filters, inbound triage, call mining and CV reformatting, each with its own switch.

Pricing. Automations, sequences, the marketing suite and data enrichment are only on Pro, USD 199 per user per month billed annually or USD 249 monthly (13 Sep 2026). Core is USD 139 annual. AI token spend is included, and enrichment credits cost extra.

3. Vincere

Vincere is a recruitment platform for mid-size agencies in the UK and APAC, sold as Access Vincere Evo by The Access Group. A core CRM and ATS is surrounded by modules, including TimeTemp for temps, Engage and Portals for candidate sites, and Vinneo for video.

Both are UK “from” prices billed monthly, with a tailored quote (13 Sep 2026). The enrichment agent, chatbots and CRM automation are only in the Automate pack, from GBP 235 per agency per month.

Side by side: Kepler vs Vincere. The review: Vincere review.

4. Bullhorn

Bullhorn is a staffing and recruitment platform: an ATS and CRM sold in editions, with add-on modules including Bullhorn One, Amplify for AI, and a Marketplace of pre-integrated partners.

Pricing. AI search and match, Amplify Chat and AI call transcription are only on Bullhorn Pro, which is priced on request, as are Max, Front Office, Bullhorn One and the add-ons (13 Sep 2026). Starter at USD 99 and Core at USD 165 per user per month are published without Pro’s AI. Prices exclude VAT.

5. Tracker (TrackerRMS)

Tracker describes itself as “the ATS & CRM built for staffing and recruiting agencies”, an all-in-one system sold in the UK and US across four plans. Its site is tracker-rms.com. TrackerAI writes job descriptions, summaries and outreach and ranks résumés. Tracker does not have a chat assistant across your records yet.

6. Recruit CRM

Recruit CRM is an ATS and CRM for recruitment agencies, sold in three published tiers. Its feature list covers calling with recording, bulk texting, sequencing and a mobile app, with AI features layered across them.

Pro is USD 95 annual with two AI matches. Pro and Business charge extra for add-ons such as LinkedIn messaging (USD 12 per user per month) and Advanced Analytics (USD 25). Only Enterprise, at USD 215 annual, includes them. Done-for-you migration is priced by data volume.

7. Recruiterflow

Recruiterflow is an ATS and CRM for search and recruitment firms, built around multichannel sequences and AIRA, a suite of AI agents. Its sequences send email, calls, SMS and professional-networking messages with branching logic.

Pricing. AIRA Notetaker, AIRA Matchmaker and the Field Updates Agent are only on the AIRA Plan, priced “Let’s chat custom pricing” (13 Sep 2026). The Platform Plan is USD 119 per user per month billed annually or USD 149 monthly, without the AIRA agents. White-glove migration is paid by data volume and takes 6–8 weeks.

Which Carerix alternative should you choose?

Start from the questions that separate these seven, and check each vendor’s own pages for the answers.

  • Do you want to ask, or to search? In Kepler you ask AI Chat about anything in the workspace and it finds, ranks and updates for you. Ask each vendor whether its AI reads notes, email threads and call transcripts, and whether it can act on the answer.
  • How is AVG/GDPR consent recorded? Ask whether lawful basis, purpose and expiry are stored per person, what happens when consent lapses, and whether campaigns follow it.
  • Is the price of the plan you need published? Kepler, Spott and Recruit CRM publish an annual price for their AI plan, and Vincere publishes UK “from” prices. Bullhorn Pro, Tracker Professional, Recruiterflow’s AIRA Plan and every Carerix edition are priced on request.
  • Is the API in the plan? Ask whether API access and webhooks are included or sold as a bundle.

Where Kepler fits. Kepler is built for agencies whose database is their main asset and who would rather ask than build searches. It is one plan at USD 99 per user per month, with the client portal, matching, CV parsing, API, webhooks, contact enrichment and the migration in one price.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kepler a good Carerix alternative?

Yes, if you want a simple, modern CRM with the AI included. In Kepler you ask AI Chat in plain English about anything in your database, and it finds candidates across CVs, notes, emails and call transcripts, ranks them for a job and updates records after you approve. It is one plan at USD 99 per user per month billed annually, with the portal, matching, CV parsing, API and a free migration in the price. If you want a Benelux staffing platform sold in four editions, with a family of portals and connectors to Dutch software, Carerix is built for that.

How much does Carerix cost?

Kepler, for comparison, is USD 99 per user per month billed annually, every feature included. Carerix publishes no price for any edition. Its demo page describes a fixed amount per user per month depending on edition, users and integrations, with a price after a demo. The edition to compare is Enterprise (ARF on the Dutch page), the only one with the portals and the automated matching assistant. Each edition has a task allowance of 1,000, 5,000, 20,000 or 50,000, and API access is only in the paid Carerix Datasource bundle (13 Sep 2026).

Which Carerix alternatives publish their pricing?

Kepler publishes one price, USD 99 per user per month billed annually. Spott publishes Pro at USD 199 and Core at USD 139 annual, and Recruit CRM publishes Business at USD 135 annual. Vincere publishes UK “from” prices: GBP 69 per user plus a GBP 25 per-agency Base Smart Pack. Bullhorn, Tracker and Recruiterflow publish their lower plans but price the plan with their AI on request. Carerix publishes no prices. All checked 13 Sep 2026.

Does Kepler keep AVG/GDPR consent records?

Yes. Kepler keeps a consent ledger per candidate and contact: purposes, lawful basis, framework (GDPR, UK GDPR, PDPA or CCPA), source, evidence, and the dates consent was given and runs until. Campaign audiences follow it, a nightly check flags expiring consent, and automations can send a consent request. Carerix stores a lawful basis per person with retention terms, renewal emails and anonymisation.

Does any Carerix alternative have a meeting notetaker and a WhatsApp inbox?

Kepler has both. Its notetaker joins Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls and files the summary, next steps and transcript against the right record. A member’s own WhatsApp or a WhatsApp Business number connects to a two-way inbox on the record, with incoming messages turned into updates you approve. Carerix runs WhatsApp automations from its Essential edition, and Recruiterflow’s AI notetaker is only on its AIRA Plan.

Can you migrate from Carerix to Kepler?

Yes, free on every Kepler plan. You send an export from Carerix plus any loose CVs and spreadsheets. Kepler maps and cleans the data, rebuilds custom fields and shows you fifty of your own records before the full load. Activity and history come across, the migration lands in days, and a lawful basis with its expiry date moves into Kepler’s consent ledger.
