Kepler Features

Every LinkedIn profile,
checked against your database.

Match-first side panel. Imports in a click. Updates only when you say so.

Inside Kepler

How it works.

01

While you browse

The panel rides along in the browser. Open a profile and it has already asked the only question that matters: do we know this person?

Already in your database?

The panel recognises her before you've scrolled past the photo — matched record, candidate pill, and the last time anyone made contact.

Import in one click

Someone new? Their details arrive parsed straight off the profile — name, title, company, location — ready to become a full record without retyping.

Catch the job change

Mia has moved on since you last spoke. The bar at the top counts the differences and holds them there until you choose to look.

02

Without breaking stride

The desk's admin happens where the profile is. Note it, task it, slot her into a job — and anything applied routes back through the same review queue as everything else.

Act from the page

Add note, create task, add to job — none of it opens a new tab. The confirmation appears in the panel and the record updates behind you.

Updates come back as proposals

Applied changes route into the auto-updates review queue like every other suggestion — sourced, dated and reversible in a click.

The boundary

One profile at a time.
Nothing writes itself.

Three limits the extension runs inside — by design, not policy.

Questions,
answered

What recruiters ask before installing anything next to their LinkedIn session.

What does the Kepler extension do?

It puts a side panel next to the LinkedIn profile you are on and answers the only question that matters first: do we know this person? You get the matched record, the candidate pill and the last time anyone made contact — plus one-click import for people who are new.

Does it scrape LinkedIn in bulk?

No. It reads only the profile you have open — no crawling, no bulk collection — and it works through your own logged-in session, so it never reaches past what you can already open.

Does it change my records automatically?

No. Applied changes route into the same auto-updates review queue as every other suggestion — sourced, dated and reversible in a click. Diffs wait as proposals and imports land as drafts until you press Update record.

Can I do the admin without leaving the profile?

Add a note, create a task or add someone to a job without opening a new tab. The confirmation appears in the panel and the record updates behind you.
