# Notifications & AI review

> Review suggestions and find assigned work, client responses, CV exports and consent notices.

_Collection: Tasks, Notes & Lists (productivity) — Kepler Help Center. Canonical: https://keplercrm.com/support/articles/notifications/_

## Where notifications live

Click **Notifications** in the sidebar to open your inbox in a panel; choose **Open full inbox** for the full-page **Inbox**. It gathers suggestions and work that needs your attention:

  - **Suggested Updates** — field values Kepler believes are missing or stale, read from your emails, meetings, notes and WhatsApp messages. Each shows the source it was inferred from and the records involved. See [AI suggestions](/support/articles/ai-suggestions/).

  - **Suggested Tasks** — commitments detected in meetings (and in emails, if your workspace has turned that on), with proposed assignee and due date. See [Managing tasks](/support/articles/managing-tasks/).

  - **Discussion** — comments that mention you or reply in a thread you're in, including notes that tell you. See [Comments & mentions](/support/articles/comments-and-mentions/).

  - **Assigned** — work a teammate or the system has put in your hands, such as tasks and handovers.

  - **Client** — ratings, comments and interview requests from hiring managers in the client portal.

  - **Bookings** — booking requests, new bookings and guest changes from your booking pages.

  - **Exports** — completed or failed CV exports. Choose **Download** on a ready export; expand any skipped-candidate details to see what was left out.

  - **Consent** — expiry summaries and notices for expired consent when consent tracking is enabled. See [Consent & GDPR records](/support/articles/consent-and-gdpr-records/).

Filter the stream using **All** or the available type filters — such as **Discussion**, **Bookings**, **Updates**, **Tasks**, **Assigned**, **Shares**, **Client**, **Exports**, **Applicants**, **Campaigns**, **Automations**, **Notes**, **Alerts**, **Messages**, **Requests** and **Consent** — and group it by **Record**, **Source** or **None**. Type filters appear when they contain items, or while selected. Managers (owners, admins and team leads) can also switch the scope from **Mine** to **Team triage** (suggestions with no owner) or **Workspace** (every suggestion in the workspace).

## Reviewing and clearing your Inbox

**Accept** a suggested update or task to apply it, or reject or dismiss it to remove it from review; a reason for a rejection is optional. A group has its own **Accept all**. The **Review** menu acts on everything the current filter shows: **Accept** lists exactly what it will apply (for example "14 field updates and 3 tasks"), and **Reject all** asks you to confirm. In Team triage it can also **Route** suggestions to a teammate. Fields with several conflicting values, and changes to a name, email or phone, are left out of bulk accept — review those one by one.

Assignments, client responses, exports and consent notices describe work or events that already happened. Open the related record, download the export or choose **Mark as read**. Read notices leave this Inbox; accepting or rejecting suggestions does not apply to them.

## Choosing what reaches you

The settings icon in the inbox opens **Settings → Notifications**, which only affects you:

  - **Always in your inbox** — suggestions and approvals, client and campaign replies, mentions and replies, and work assigned to you always wait in the inbox. For **Mentions and replies** you can also get an email **Right away**, or turn the email **Off**.

  - **Updates** — news you can take or leave, in five topics: Applicants, Client activity, Finished work, Campaigns and (for admins) Admin alerts. Set each to **Inbox** or **Off**, or pick **As they happen** to send them all to the inbox.

Other email options on that page, such as a daily email of updates and a morning reminder, are marked **Soon** and aren't sent yet.

> **TIP:** Review the AI queues regularly — confirming suggestions promptly is what keeps your database self-maintaining. A backlog of 200 stale suggestions helps nobody.
