# Account settings

> Manage your personal profile — name, avatar, timezone and password.

_Collection: Workspace, Team & Billing (workspace-admin) — Kepler Help Center. Canonical: https://keplercrm.com/support/articles/account-settings/_

**Settings → Profile** holds your personal profile — open it from **Account settings** in the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar. These settings are yours alone — they don't affect teammates or the workspace.

## Profile

  - **Full name** — how you appear across the app: as a record owner, task assignee, note author and on your [booking page](/support/articles/booking-links/).

  - **Avatar** — Kepler displays a generated avatar from your name; uploading a profile picture for the app is not yet available. (A photo for your public job pages is set separately, below.)

  - **Timezone** — choose a timezone, or use **Automatic** to follow your device. Times across the app are shown in it.

  - **Email** — the address you sign in with. It's fixed to your account and can't be changed; contact support if you genuinely need to move to a new address.

Changes save as you make them — there is no Save button. Your password and two-factor authentication are on their own page — **Settings → Security**.

Your personal booking link lives on its own page — **Settings → Scheduler**. See [Booking links](/support/articles/booking-links/).

## On job pages

When your workspace's job board shows who posted each job, the **On job pages** section sets what applicants see on the jobs you own: a photo (**Add photo** — PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2MB) and your **Job title**. These apply to the workspace you're in. See [Set up your job portal](/support/articles/set-up-your-job-portal/).

## Password

To change your password, open **Settings → Security** and click **Change** next to **Password**; you stay signed in on this device. If you've forgotten it, use **Forgot password?** on the login screen — a reset link is emailed to you. If you sign in through your company's identity provider, your password is managed there instead. Choose something long and unique; a password manager is your friend.

## One account, your workspaces

Your login identifies *you*; the workspace holds the data. If you're invited to another workspace, you accept with the same account and switch between them — no second login needed.

Accounts aren't deleted from Settings. A workspace owner removes you from a workspace in Members; once you're not in any workspace, use **Email support** under **Leaving Kepler** on the Profile page to ask for your login and personal data to be deleted.

> **NOTE:** Your other personal settings sit under your name in the Settings sidebar: what reaches your inbox under Settings → Notifications , mailboxes, calendars and your WhatsApp number under Settings → Connected accounts , your signature under Settings → Email & signature , the AI Note Taker under Settings → Note taker , and your booking page under Settings → Scheduler . Email templates are on Settings → Templates .
